The difference is Ebay is charging a final valuation fee. With Big Value Depot there is no fee at all, so you are making 100% profit. "NO INSERTION FEE" then the fine print, it actually will not save most sellers anything at all because of the final fee. This is typical of ebay hype. Lets give them something but take back more. They use to actually give away totally free insertion fees now and then as promotion for 24--48 hours. Now promotions are if you do this you get this promotions, or free pictures which most get extras free anyway. Ebay needs to realize that economy is tight for sellers and without sellers there will be no ebay. Quit swingiing carrots in front of us with so many stipulations. That's more than I usually pay on items I sell. If I accidentally fall into their system, I'll end up paying MORE. Are they trying to kill off casual users, or just take advantage of them? I can't use their SYI form because I am on Mac & there form is not compatible. So I use garagesale which is awesome! This new ebay insertion fee is so confusing.
