Beyond Amazon, eBay, and Etsy: free and low cost alternative marketplaces, shopping cart solutions and e-commerce storefrontsI’ve been sitting on this news for almost a month now while waiting for the BN Nook and iBookstore to finally update the book to catch up with the Amazon Kindle (seriously, guys, what’s up with that?) but I can finally report that there is a new edition of my bestselling eBook, Beyond Amazon, eBay, and Etsy: free and low cost alternative marketplaces, shopping cart solutions and e-commerce storefronts available now for under $1 at all four of the major eBook retailers.

Find the book at:
Amazon (Kindle) * BN (Nook) * iBookstore (Apple iPad/iTunes) * Google Play (Android)

If you don’t have a tablet or e-reader, the Kindle version is easy to read on your computer,  phone or other device with a simple free download.

If you already purchased the book in the past, first of all, thank you! I greatly appreciate your patronage! Don’t worry, there’s no need to purchase it again. Anyone who already owns the book should get the new edition automatically from the retailer they originally purchased it from. If you aren’t sure if you have the newest version, look for the bright yellow “sticker” on the front cover that designates it as the Revised Edition. If you don’t have the newest version, you should get the option to update the book while in the management section of your account. If you run into problems, please feel free to contact me and I’ll try to help you out.

While I’ll do another post outlining exactly what’s new in this edition, I can tell you that one of the reasons this edition was so delayed is that I didn’t just update all the marketplace info… I completely rewrote the book and doubled its length. So it’s not just a book with a few updates, it’s an entirely new book. It’s the result of a ton of work and I think you’ll find it helpful in your search for alternative marketplaces and ways to sell your stuff online.

I’m going to sell it to you straight: I’d have made more money and helped myself in the marketing department if I’d released it as a brand new book but I wanted to do it as a revision specifically so that people who already purchased the book could have the free update. And that’s going to be the case no matter how many editions I do! Once you buy the book, you’ll always get the newest version for free… forever. That said, if you could do me a solid and leave a review of the book, even a one sentence one, that would be a tremendous help and I would greatly appreciate it.

So I don’t overload you with Selling Assistant stuff, I’m going to share some excerpts from the new edition of Beyond on the blog as well so stay tuned for them.
