Just a quick addendum to this post. A few hours after I posted it, The Vitamin Shoppe finally contacted Ben and offered to send him 6 free bottles of the long lost shampoo.

But before Ben rejoices too much, as one of his fellow Facebook friends cautioned, we should probably wait and see if they actually arrive before we celebrate too much.

So the question is, is this a “Yay, Vitamin Shoppe” for finally making it right or a “Boo, Vitamin Shoppe” for only making it right when they were shamed on the internet?
