Buyer leaves bad feedback that reads, “Furious! You damaged my mailbox by forcing the package in!”

I’m like, “I just noticed your feedback. What can I do to make it right?”

The buyer replies, “Oh, no, everything you did on your end was perfect! Don’t worry, that feedback was for the post office, not you.”

But you left it on my…? I’m not the…? Do you really think…?

Sigh.

Can you commiserate? What would you have done?
